I have taken classes in a number of schools. I have always liked dancing. Now I love it.
Why? Because there is so much fun coming to your Liberty Street place. You provide a very special atmosphere where one learns while playing.
Yes, the fun is so contagious that there are more and more students coming almost every day. Your program is easy but precise and, what is very important, it makes them shy away from shyness, learn that their until now unknown partners are human after all. United in their passion for dance, they can see the rapid progress they are making. As a matter of fact, I have a very distinct feeling that a beginner can go out and dance in a club after already one lesson because he or she can easily pick up the necessary moves here.
Yet there is so much to learn to become perfect, or close to it. You and Steven and Kasia are an inspiration to do just that. Not to mention the kilograms of weight that I have shed for the last five months. And not just myself.

Thank you soo much for your humour and patience during our dance lessons with you. We remembered to breathe and relax and do all the right steops during our first dance-a slow rumba to ‘Somebody’ by Depeche Mode. We enjoyed dancing most of the night, and you made us fell comfortable and confident to “strut our stuff” on our wedding day

Re BDC Area Conference deomonstration and lesson
Thank you for the excellent demonstration and instructiona at our Area Conference last week. The staff thoroughly enjoyed the demonstration and everyone had a great time learning to dance the salsa and the merengue! You are amazing!

Merry Christmas Marla!
When I saw the holiday schedule posted and read that Marla was working both on Christmas Eve and New year’s Eve, I said “this can’t be the Marla I know”.
I believe the best gifts are those that are sincere, a surprise and can be shared. You have been a gift, a surprise and a blessing. Without the studio, and your guidance I wouldn’t be where I am! I still remember that first lesson….I know you could feel me shaking…and look at me now! A star! (well in my mind at least…)
Although there is some old rule about never iveing a bottle to a woman, what the hell, rules are meant to be broken!!
So the best for the best!
