Danceology

Unfortunately due to the lack of participants we will have to cancel our outing to The Spoke Club this month. We would like to apologize to all the danceology members who did sign up to attend this event.
I hope to see you all at our next big event May 30th!!

Danceology had our first taste of Tabata Boot Camp today and man, what a workout!

Make sure not to miss this action packed amazing fitness class every Friday @ noon!

Unfortunately our Salsa extraordinaire Sean Bryan will be out of the country.

But we lookforward to seeing you all back on the dance floor the following Sunday for your regularly scheduled Latin Hour class.

Unfortunately the 10am Yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday will be cancelled until further notice.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will see you all at our regularly scheduled classes.

Danceology had our annual Team Match event on March 28^th
and it was a night filled with laughs, dancing and competitive fun.

We just want to thank all of you that came out to support
all the participants and congratulate those of you who took part in the
competition.

It was a three-way tie between Shawn’s Neon team, Candy’s
Rock‘n’Rollers and Eyal’s Angels. But after the freestyle tie breaking dance
off, Candy’s Rock’n’Rollers took 1^st place!

So congratulations to all of you who danced and especially
Vikus Gupta for bringing his team to 1^st place in the free style – you
were all fabulous!

It’s not just a party…It’s a Wine & Cheese Cha Cha Party!!!

The action starts at 8:30 and all the danceology students are invited to wine, dine (on some of the best cheeses from our very own cheese shop here in liberty Village) and dance the night away!

It’ll be the best Wednesday night you’ve had in weeks!

For the students who were going to the 8am Yoga class that was recently cancelled, we have decided to open the studio for you to come and use. Please keep telling your friends and family about the fitness classes and with enough participants we can bring back the original Yoga class. Until then enjoy using the space for Mysore Yoga…

We call this  ”Mysore Yoga” basically because you will use the mats provided by the studio and work on your yoga techniques  such as poses, breathing and meditation with out following an instructor. The advantage of the “Mysore” method is that, because it teaches yoga according to your individual ability, it accommodates everyone of all levels. Even people without any prior Yoga experience will benefit greatly because the class is neither too difficult nor not advanced enough for anyone.
